David Appleby, JD
Attorney, Appleby Healy Law; Appleby Healy Title Company
Mr. Appleby graduated from Missouri State University with BS in Economics (1970) and the University of Missouri School of Law with a JD degree (1975). Between degree work, he served as a US Army officer in Vietnam. He has multiple business interests and has practiced law for 43 years, with a focus on estate planning and trust and probate administration.
David Healy, JD
Managing Partner, Appleby Healy Law; Appleby Healy Title Company
Mr. Healy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Liberty University in 1998 and graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2003. Mr. Healy is the managing partner at Appleby Healy, Attorneys at Law, and a principal with Legal Land Title. Mr. Healy is a member of the Greene County Estate Planning Council, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, the Christian County Bar Association and the Missouri Bar.
Bob Helm, CPA
Managing Partner, Elliott Robinson & Company CPAs
Mr. Helm is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University and serves as an active community leader on the boards of many local organizations. Mr. Helm also serves on the Missouri State Board of Accountancy by the appointment of Governor Jay Nixon. Mr. Helm has been in public accounting for more than 25 years, spending a majority of this time consulting in corporate, individual, trust and estate taxation. As a business owner himself, he brings many years of insight into the day-to-day operations and challenges of taking care of a company.
Tim O’Reilly, JD
O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC; Attorney, O’Reilly & Preston, LLC
Mr. O’Reilly graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri in 1990 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with emphasis in English and Political Science, where he received the Presidential Scholarship and was a 4 year lettermen and team captain on the Blue Jays Basketball team. Mr. O’Reilly graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1994. Mr. O’Reilly also serves as director of SFC bank in Springfield, Missouri where he and his wife Brooke reside with their four wonderful children Alec, Charlie, Liam and Grace.
Tim Parrish
President, Missouri Trust & Investment Company
Mr. Parrish is an Ozarks native, raised in a farming community north of Springfield. He graduated from Hillcrest High School and Missouri State University and has raised his kids here, this is home. Mr. Parrish began his career in trust operations with Boatmen’s Trust Company in 1990. Mr. Parrish is President of Missouri Trust & Investment Company.
Sharon Jobe
Ms. Jobe has worked in the trust and investment services industry throughout her entire professional career. Most recently, Sharon was a partner in an independent registered investment advisory firm. Prior to that, Sharon was an officer and portfolio manager with two independent trust companies that, separately, were both acquired by bank holding companies. Having experienced both the independent and bank holding company trust model has given Sharon the benefit of firsthand experience with the opportunities that are only available with an independent trust company. Sharon works extensively with individuals and families as well as institutions in structuring portfolios to meet their individual investment objectives.
